The methodological development used a quantitative, deductive, non-experimental-cross-sectional correlational orientation. In data collection, a 24-item questionnaire survey technique was used, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.905 (90.5%) for internal robustness of the instrument with the data. The study was aimed at a population of 1,200 citizens involved within the jurisdiction of the study, of which a sample of 292 participants was determined in the fieldwork. The results obtained are applied with Spearman's Rho statistics in SPSS, which reached 0.639 (63.9%) between job competencies and quality of service in the Municipality.
