Abstract
The general objective of the research is to find the relationship between job competencies and the quality of citizen service in the Chucuito District Municipality, in 2024. The methodological development used a quantitative, deductive, non-experimental-cross-sectional correlational orientation. In data collection, a 24-item questionnaire survey technique was used, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.905 (90.5%) for internal robustness of the instrument with the data. The study was aimed at a population of 1,200 citizens involved within the jurisdiction of the study, of which a sample of 292 participants was determined in the fieldwork. The results obtained are applied with Spearman's Rho statistics in SPSS, which reached 0.639 (63.9%) between job competencies and quality of service in the Municipality. The result was a P-value of .000 < 0.05, applying Kendall's Tau-b test, indicating a significant, positive, and statistically significant relationship.
