Item Análisis comparativo entre las técnicas de clark y la técnica de bramante para la ubicación de objetos perdidos en los maxilares estudio invitro en el Hospital Militar Regional de Arequipa 2021(Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez, 2023) Paredes Luque, Toño Brhay; Lujan Urviola, Eduardo; Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres VelásquezObjective: Determine a comparative analysis using 2 radiographic localization techniques such as the Clark Technique and the Bramante Technique for the location of lost objects in the molars, in vitro study at the Arequipa Regional Military Hospital 2021. Materials and methods: Design of the comparative, non-experimental study of an observational, transversal, prospective, analytical type, the sample was made up of 32 teeth, a tooth, file and diagram were used; The tooth was located at the midpoint of the diagram and the file located at a point in the quadrant, of which there are 8 existing quadrants; taken radiographically quadrant by quadrant, by both 2 Clark techniques and 3 the Bramante Technique and find the lost object for its exact location either by (ortho radial, meso radial, disto radial). Results. With the Clark Technique, 16 radiographs were taken, a result of 66.7% equivalent to an intermediate location. With the Bramante Technique, 24 x-rays were taken, a result of 100% equivalent to an exact location. Conclusion: After the comparative analysis, it is concluded that the Bramante technique is superior to the Clark technique for a more exact location of the lost object, according to the number of radiographic shots performed at the Arequipa 2021 Regional Military Hospital.
