Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the connection between intercultural coexistence and corporate development within secondary education institutions in the Juliaca District of Puno in 2023. Materials and Methods: This study employs a non-experimental cross-sectional descriptive design with a quantitative methodology. The sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 161 secondary schools in the Juliaca-Puno District, with principals from the northeastern part of Juliaca. Data were collected through surveys, using a questionnaire that had been validated by three experts in the field. The research indicates that there is a positive interaction between intercultural coexistence and the advancement of secondary education institutions in the Juliaca-Puno District, highlighting how a strong intercultural environment can significantly enhance the growth and development of these institutions. An atmosphere that appreciates cultural diversity, fosters mutual respect, and enhances understanding among the various ethnic and cultural groups within the school community cultivates a supportive environment for organizational growth. This is evidenced by a more inclusive educational environment, improved leadership, a strategic focus on transformative management, and greater engagement and dedication from all members of the school community. Spearman's Rho test, with a value of 0.937, indicates a strong and significant ranking.
